The Back▪Tract is designed to provide mechanical leverage between the hips and the shoulders allowing the user to apply tension to their spinal column. By pressing down with the shoulders, the frame forces the cross bars against the thigh and calves creating decompressing tension in the spine.

Made from strong and lightweight aluminum components, the Back▪Tract can adapt to practically any body shape or size with minimal adjustments. The frame looks great and takes up very little space: under a bed, in a closet, or leaning against a wall, ready to use anywhere.
 

I endured many years of lower back and sciatica pain. I took pain pills, I spent many days in bed, I avoided doing the things I love, I was constantly injuring or in fear of re injuring my back.
